Congratulation on completing 12 weeks of the Pain Truth program and on your commitment to overcoming the limitations associated with your condition. This is however not the end of your progress. The purpose of the Pain Truth program was to kick-start your recovery in order help you get back to enjoying daily life activities as much as possible despite any limitations that you may currently have.

Please go to the questionnaires and complete the PDI, CPAQ, and the Nervous System Sensitization Scale (NSSS) and copy your score in the first page of the workbook.

Compare your scores to 6 and 12 weeks ago when you did the same questionnaires. If your scores have improved, congratulations you are on your way. Continue to incorporate the concepts that you have learnt into your life and complete your weekly calendar for another 6 weeks.
