Here are 12 strategies that have been shown in many research studies to potentially help improve one’s sense of well-being.

You have the option of choosing from any of these strategies.

Print out The Pain Truth (TPT) FORM and complete it either on your own or with guidance and coaching from your Pain Truth Certified (PTC) provider.

Complete only the strategies that you sense are relevant to you and that you are interested in addressing.

Complete as many as you wish… 2 or all 12 of them, but focus ONLY on ONE (1) new section each week.
